I Will Live My Company Values – The seven (7) values listed above are the core values on which I build my coaching practice. You can expect that I will live these values by translating them into my actions when interacting with you as my client.
I Will be Available – Because I also provide consulting and workshops as well as need time for my personal well-being, I design my Coaching Relationships so that I am available to clients three (3) weeks out of the month. I always let clients know in advance of the month which weeks we will have sessions and when I am available for emails and phone calls. During this time, my goal will be to return emails and phone calls as soon as possible, usually the same day, but no later than 48 hours.
I Will Commit to Serving You with Integrity – If I make a promise to you, this promise will be kept, in the way promised and in the time frame promised unless there is an exceptional circumstance. If I am unable to keep the promise, I will do everything within my power to notify you in advance and to meet the promise as soon as possible. I will coach you with the highest standards of honesty, integrity, ethics, and professionalism. I am service oriented and strive to always provide high quality service.
I will be Confidential – One of the most important aspects of a professional relationship is confidentiality. All of our interactions (coaching sessions, emails, faxes, etc.) will remain strictly confidential, meaning that I will not share your information without your express consent unless required to do so by law. The only exception is without identifying a client, I may use an example from prior coaching experiences when telling others about coaching or speaking with groups.
I Will have a Nonjudgmental Attitude – I am here to support you in discovering your Vision and living your life with authentic integrity as you develop your business or profession. What that means to each client will be different – my role is helping you discover how to create the business that is right for you. Because I screen clients and only work with clients who want to make a positive difference in the world, the “how” you want to do this is not a matter of judgment on my part. I am not here to judge “right from wrong”. I am here to help you translate your Vision into Results.
I will Listen and Communicate – The focus of our relationship is you, your needs, and what you are wanting. I listen to you and provide you feedback that is designed to help you move forward. I am open and honest with clients. In fact, my ability to be “real”, to give honest feedback, is something clients most appreciate about me. Having good two-way communication is essential if you are going to maximize the results you can obtain from your coaching relationship. I therefore encourage clients to be open about any concerns that may come up and to always be honest in all of their communications.
