Why do you think coaching has become such a hot profession?
A lot of people want to become better and love self-help. It’s more forward focused, it’s more powerful, and it’s for those who want to create a income from what they love.

What do you think the real opportunity is for coaches today and how will it shift?
An opportunity for a coach today is building global practices. Technology will become easier so it will allow coaches to expand across the world.

How do you define coaching and do you combine it with other approaches like mentoring, consulting, and advising?
A coach is someone who identifies and uncovers what that client wants and is trying to achieve and works backwards for them. A mentor listens and figures out what they want and why. They won’t let them accept anything less than what’s possible.
