MEDIA RELEASE

MEDIA AUTHORIZATION: You, the guest (“the Guest”) retain all copyrights and trademarks to any content that the Guest owns and chooses to share by being a guest on any show on the Conscious Millionaire Network, including, but not limited to: Conscious Millionaire Show, Conscious World Podcast and all other programs that are part of the network (“Host”). Guest further agrees to be fully responsible for the accuracy of Guest’s presentation and of any source material or facts Guest may reference in the interview, and hereby agree to defend and hold harmless the respective entities of Host for inaccuracies and any and all ensuing legal actions relating to same. Further, by participating as a guest, Guest expressly authorizes and agrees that Conscious Millionaire Institute LLC, Conscious Millionaire Media, and Conscious World Foundation Inc and their respective assigns, shall hold all rights to the produced media of all types.  Host’s rights include: (1) record in audio and video, edit, distribute, and disseminate materials produced in any media as well as to utilize  Guest’s likeness in advertising, marketing, or promotion, (2) create and distribute a transcript of the interview as well as show notes, (3) retain the right to license and/or sell the produced media and charge for same, including, but not limited to the receipt of advertising and sponsorship fees, (4) reference said produced media in promotion, marketing, and other materials.  Guest hereby waives all rights to receive payment of any kind for Guest’s participation in the recording or its sale or distribution.
