What is a marketing strategy that has generated profit for your business?
Mike’s sales strategy has been to use direct mail and social media, but he says his number one strategy is to go out and network. For profits, Mike uses the 80/20 rule. He looks at his business from an employee standpoint and a customer standpoint every week and cuts out the bottom portion that isn’t contributing to 80% of the revenue.
