BACKGROUND: JV is a serial entrepreneur with over 75 million in revenues and successful exits. Prior Co-Founder / President regional transfortation company. Personally organized three divisions, vetted and trained team, negotiated multi-year agreements with companies including Coca-Cola, Waste-Management, Cargill and designed systems to transport 12,000 loads annually leading to exit.

Over 20 years experience combining human potential and strategy with business scaling and wealth-building, through coaching, training, speaking, books, podcasting, and events.
