He is also a real estate entrepreneur and in 2009 launched REIWebTools™ with a focus to help new and experienced real estate investors build real estate investing businesses around multiple niches that lead to consistent closings and cash flow.
What is a marketing strategy that has generated profits?
For sales, Marc’s strategy is to quickly get the message out online through AdWords or Facebook Ads to name a couple. Marc’s strategy for profits is creating sub-products that are similar to more expensive products, but at a lower cost while maintaining value.

What does “Conscious” mean to you?
It’s about being keenly aware that we have the chance and we choose to create the world we live in and help others do the same thing; fall forward and make it happen.
What is the legacy that you hope to leave?
Marc’s legacy is that he accepted the challenge to move the world in a different and better direction, then challenge all of us to do the same together, so together we can make a lasting difference.
