What is a marketing strategy that has generated profit for your business?
The sales strategy they use is trying to educate the customer, invest time and build strong relationships. Their strategy for profits is to not be greedy about their bottom line in the first place and to make sure their staff is well taken care of so they communicate their philosophy to their customers.

What is the legacy that you hope to leave?
They want to change and redefine the laundry and dry cleaning industry so people use an eco-friendly company; to break down the industry and re-build it from the ground up as a sustainable industry. They also want to do their part in pushing forth this new paradigm of conscious capitalism.
