What was your biggest failure and what did you learn from it that’s helped you in business today?
Rich built the largest green roof in New York without being well-grounded with numbers and monitoring his expenses, causing him to be in debt. Rich now runs his business by the numbers.
What is a marketing strategy that has generated profit for your business?
A strategy Rich uses for leads is developing a customer avatar.
